Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Onur Ergüven - Ergüven Prodüksiyon ve Bilişim Teknolojileri ("Aircam") as data controller, within the scope described below. Address: Büyükdere Cad. Pol Center No:255 Kat:2-3, 34394 Levent, Şişli/İstanbul.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity: name, surname, authorised person.
• Contact: email address, phone number.
• Customer transaction: company name, shooting location and address, service type and scope, preferred date, estimated budget, project description.
• Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, access logs.

3. Purposes

• Receiving, evaluating and answering quote and free flight risk analysis requests,
• Carrying out pre-flight airspace, permit and risk assessments,
• Contacting you and establishing a service contract,
• Ensuring information security and preventing abuse (spam etc.),
• Fulfilling legal obligations and informing competent authorities.

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (establishing or performing a contract), Art. 5/2-(ç) (legal obligations) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed). Where explicit consent is required, data is processed only on that basis.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with our hosting, database and email delivery providers and, on request, with competent public authorities.

Our hosting, database and email delivery infrastructure runs on servers located abroad. Such cross-border transfers are carried out in line with the safeguards set out in KVKK Art. 9.

6. Collection method

Data is collected electronically via the quote and risk analysis forms on our website and via phone and WhatsApp.

7. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7,
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties,
• Object to adverse outcomes arising solely from automated processing,
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
